No show and Cancellation policy

Booking policy.

A £10 booking fee will need to be paid upon booking your appointment. This can then be claimed against your treatment cost when the balance is due.

Consultation forms

Consultation forms must be filled out thoroughly and accurately, these will be checked after every treatment to make sure the treatment is right for you. 

It is your responsibility to tell me of changes in your medical conditions, medications and allergies.

Age restrictions

Minors aged 12 years and over must be accompanied by an adult at all times during their treatment. Carers or parent must complete relevant parental consent forms prior to their appointment

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy requires 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment will then require 50% of treatment price to be paid. Within 24 hours requires 100% of treatment price to be paid. Rebooking will be unavailable until charge has been paid. 

The payment will be taken in full from your card connected to the online booking system, you will not be booked in again until this is paid.

Lateness

Please ensure you are on time. I do understand sometimes things can pop up causing you to be late.

If you are 5 minutes late the reduced treatment time will be applied.

If you are 10 minutes late then your appointment will be rescheduled as I will no longer have sufficient time to complete your treatment.

Please note you will be charged for the full treatment amount.

Privacy and data

Your private information, payment details, history of appointments, health history will be stored on my booking system “Ovatu”. 

All your information is gathered and held with accordance to the GDPR and data protection act.

My policies are here to protect my business, I encourage all clients to communicate with me as I am aware things can unexpectedly crop up. 

Please notify me within 24 hours if you are not happy with the treatment you received, 

After that the aftercare given at the end of your treatment is your responsibility.
